Minimum Age to Book 21 years old and primary renter must stay for the duration of the booking. Firewood Wood for stove can be purchased locally in Fairplay. Ask us for details! Winter Driving We REQUIRE 4-wheel drive/ AWD in the winter months (Nov-April), due to the snow accumulation in the area. The county roads are maintained and plowed along with the driveway. We have a reliable plow service if it snows more than 4 inches but plowing isn’t immediate and may take a day or so depending on snow accumulation. HIGH ALTITUDE CABIN - we sit at over 10,000ft. Please drink lots of water prior to and at arrival and bring moisturizer for skin. Take it easy on your first couple of days. STR License: 25-0509
