Foxtail Cabin sits in the mountains above Fairplay, less than 45 minutes from Breckenridge and a short drive from Mount Princeton Hot Springs. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and enough space for the whole crew to spread out and actually relax. Spend your days hiking the trails right outside the door, hitting the slopes in Breck, or casting a line in one of the best fishing spots in Colorado. Come back to a cabin that feels like a reward. Sink into the hot tub while the stars come out. Pull up a chair around the fire pit. Watch the game or movie night on a big-screen Smart TV that actually does the room justice. This is the kind of place where nobody checks the time. Couples come here to disconnect. Friend groups come here to finally all be in the same place. Families come here and the kids ask to come back before the trip is even over. Breckenridge, Mount Princeton, South Park fishing, and miles of trails are all within reach. Winter Driving We REQUIRE 4-wheel drive/ AWD in the winter months (Nov-April), due to the snow accumulation in the area. The county roads are maintained and plowed along with the driveway. We have a reliable plow service if it snows more than 4 inches but plowing isn’t immediate and may take a day or so depending on snow accumulation. High Altitude Cabin - we sit at over 10,000ft. Please drink lots of water prior to and at arrival and bring moisturizer for skin. Take it easy on your first couple of days. STR License: 25-0514
